Zizi is the heart behind Blooming Day — a florist turned botanical printmaker. She captures the quiet beauty of nature and transforms it into timeless artwork, bringing a sense of calm into any space. Beyond giving flowers a meaningful, lasting life through print, she creates and guides creative experiences designed to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves and nature, and simply create.

Loefke, a botanical ceramic artist (and garden designer) with a deep eye for detail and composition, warmly opens her studio and garden to us. Together with Loefke, you will step into the garden to gather botanicals, and then return to the studio to create impressions in clay — with attention, curiosity, and a sense of wonder.

10:00 - 10:15 | Arrival — Studio Gathering
We begin the day slowly, gathered in the studio with tea, coffee, and a warm welcome. A soft landing into presence.

10:15 – 12:45 | Botanical Creative Session with Zizi
Guided by the season, we work with fresh blooms in a relaxing, mindful floral session. 

12:45 – 13:45 | Alfresco Lunch
A relaxed, homemade lunch shared in a beautiful garden. Time to pause, connect, and nourish.

14:00 – 16:30 | Clay & Botanicals with Loefke
An afternoon creative session exploring clay and seasonal botanicals. Thoughtful guidance, tactile making, and space to experiment at your own rhythm. 

Please note that your finished piece will remain in the studio to dry thoroughly. Loefke will then fire it in the ceramic kiln and glaze it.

Once completed, it will be sent to you so you can enjoy your own botanical ceramic piece.

16:30 – 17:00 | Among the Garden
We close the day outdoors, surrounded by lush green, with a glass of bubbles or juice in hand — carrying home what we’ve created and what we’ve experienced.

These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement relating to Blooming Day and any other experiences organised by XiXi Floral Botanical.

Before registering, please read these carefully. By completing your booking, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms apply to all offers, registrations, and agreements relating to Blooming Day and other experiences organised by XiXi Floral Botanical.

1.2 An agreement is concluded once full payment has been received via the website or agreed payment method.

2. Registration & Participation

2.1 Blooming Day is held subject to a minimum number of participants.

2.2 Participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

2.3 Registrations are processed in order of receipt.

2.4 Blooming Day has a limited number of spots (minimum 4 participants, maximum as stated on the website). Once fully booked, registration closes automatically.

2.5 By registering, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation by the Participant

3.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

3.2 Cancellation policy:

• Up to 45 days before the event: 25% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
• Between 45 and 21 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
• Less than 21 days before the event: 100% of the participation fee is non-refundable.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows.

3.3 You may transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance with the new participant’s details.

3.4 It is not possible to reschedule your booking to another date.

4. Cancellation or Changes by XiXi Floral Botanical

4.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to cancel Blooming Day in the event of insufficient registrations. Participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance and will receive a full refund of the participation fee.

4.2 In case of force majeure (including illness, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances), XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the experience. In such cases, participants will be offered either a rescheduled date or a refund of the participation fee.

4.3 As Blooming Day includes outdoor elements and seasonal locations, the program may be adjusted due to weather or blooming conditions. Adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund.

5. Travel & Insurance

5.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal travel and (if applicable) accommodation.

5.2 Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 XiXi Floral Botanical is not responsible for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, or personal travel arrangements.

6. Liability

6.1 Participation in Blooming Day is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

6.2 XiXi Floral Botanical accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the experience, including during transport, outdoor visits, or workshop activities.

6.3 Participants are responsible for their own physical condition and suitability to participate in activities involving light walking, standing, and outdoor environments.

6.4 Materials used during creative sessions may stain clothing or personal belongings. Participants are advised to dress appropriately. XiXi Floral Botanical is not liable for damaged or soiled items.

7. Conduct

7.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the experience or affects the safety or well-being of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Complaints

8.1 If you have a complaint, please contact XiXi Floral Botanical via email. We will make every effort to address and resolve the matter appropriately.

8.2 Filing a complaint does not suspend any payment obligations.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 XiXi Floral Botanical reserves the right to modify prices, program content, or structure where necessary.

9.2 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
